All in stock items ship within 24-48 hours. Linen Sets, due to the nature of the business, are not always in stock in all sizes at all times. Out of stock orders can take up to 2 weeks to ship. Custom orders can take 4-6 weeks or more. We do our best to get it out the door as soon as possible!

Orders that ship for free are subject to shipping charges if a return is made that brings the order below $500.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to us within 10 days of receipt of order and we will gladly exchange or refund your money (minus shipping charges). If your order qualified for free shipping and the return changes the order total to below free shipping, the original shipping charges will be deducted from your return as well.

- Item must be unused, unwashed, unopened in brand NEW condition with all original tags and original packaging, as received.
- Please do NOT unfold your linen set, fitted sheets or tablecloths. We will not take a return on items that have been unfolded.
- Please inspect your item upon receipt and report any damages within 3 days.
- Please make sure to package your return properly. Ship your items back using an insured method of shipping as we are NOT responsible for items that are damaged during return shipping.
- Full Size (54") AND 48"/Full Size linen sets are NOT RETURNABLE.
- Custom Orders are NOT RETURNABLE.
